To Whom It May Concern:
Writing a letter of recommendation for Mrs. Kristina Wyatt is a pleasure. Mrs. Wyatt has been my student teacher for the last few weeks in my third grade classroom. We have twenty-five students and teach six subjects including Reading, Math, Writing, Social Studies, Science, Spelling and also Intervention groups.
Mrs. Wyatt demonstrates great rapport with the students. She is able to communicate effectively and with respect for each individual. Students come to her readily and have confidence in her help and concern for their needs. She gives them constructive guidance with a caring attitude for their success and self-esteem. Mrs. Wyatt also bolsters exceptional colleague collaboration and support.
Mrs. Wyatt demonstrates a professional and positive approach to her subject areas. She has made an excellent effort to present her lessons with zeal. She digs into her lessons, makes notes, and strives to relate to her students. Being receptive to new ideas and constantly looking for avenues to extend her lessons is only part of her teaching effectiveness. Mrs. Wyatt also exhibits flexibility and adapts quickly and efficiently when needed. She reflects on her lessons and makes note of any changes she might make in future lessons.
Her classroom management maintains respect and regard for individuality of the students. She maintains dignity while paying attention to detail and accuracy in student outcomes. Her goal is for students to feel good about themselves as achievers and to be proud of their accomplishments.
I recommend Mrs. Wyatt as an educator and excellent candidate to the profession. She has amazing communicative skills and a passion for this field of study and work. I believe she will be a positive addition to the field of education and should be given top consideration.
